Born in 1968 in the village of Otuz-Adyr, Kara-Suu district, Osh region.

In 1994, he graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Consumer Cooperation with a degree in accounting.

Work Experience:

1990-1994: Chief Accountant in the Kara-Suu District State Administration. 1996-2021: Held various positions in national security agencies.

Prior to his appointment, he served as the head of the Department of the State Committee for National Security for Osh city and Osh region.
