Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - the Policy) of personal information applies to information that the Ministry of Emergency Situations (hereinafter - MES) may obtain with the consent of the user, given by him in accordance with this Policy.
Use of the Website means the user's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing of his/her personal information specified in it; in case of disagreement with these terms, the user should refrain from using the Website.

The following terms and definitions are used in this Privacy Policy:

The official website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) is a single point of access for individuals and legal entities to information about the services and activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

User is an individual or legal entity using the Site in accordance with the established procedure and providing information of personal nature.

Content - information-significant content of an information resource (newspaper, magazine, book, web page, etc.), as well as all information that the reader/listener/viewer can use at his/her discretion, unless otherwise provided for by this Agreement.

1.Personal information of users that is received and processed by the Site

  1.1 For the purposes of this Policy, “user personal information” means:
      * personal information that the User provides about himself/herself when registering (creating an account) on the Site;
      * other information about the User, the collection and/or provision of which is defined in the relevant laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
  1.2 This Policy applies only to the Site.
  1.3 MES generally does not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by Users and does not monitor their capacity. However, MES assumes that the User provides true and sufficient personal information on the matters offered in the registration form and keeps this information up to date.

2.Purposes of collecting and processing users' personal information

  2.1 MES has the right to use the user's personal information for the following purposes:
      * identification of a party under agreements and contracts with MES;
      * communication with the user, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Site, as well as processing requests and applications from the user;
      * conducting statistical and other research on the basis of anonymized data;
      * verification, i.e. confirmation of information provided by the User.

3.Conditions of processing of personal information of the User and its transfer to third parties

  3.1 MES stores personal information of users in accordance with internal regulations.
  3.2 The User's personal information is kept confidential.
  3.3 When processing users' personal information, MES is guided by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information”.
  3.4 Personal information provided by the user of the Website is not intended for transfer and distribution to third parties, except for an official written request of the authorized state body.

4. Measures applied to protect Users' personal information

  4.1 MES takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect user's personal information from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions by third parties.

5.Modification of the Privacy Policy. Applicable Law

  5.1 MES has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made to the current edition, the date of the last update shall be indicated. The new edition of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy. The current edition is permanently available on our Website. To this Policy and relations between the user and MES, arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy, shall be subject to the application of the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

All suggestions or questions regarding this Policy should be communicated to the administration of the Site through the Internet lobby.
