Today, residents of the Ton district of the Issyk-Kul region, where they were previously evacuated to safe places due to mudflows, returned to their homes.

Two excavators, one loader and one bulldozer from the local government were deployed to carry out site cleanup work. Flood waters are redirected there in case of heavy rainfall.

To eliminate the consequences of the mudflows, water flows were redirected to the Ton River. The risk of flooding has been eliminated.

Currently, Civil Defense services are on duty at the site.
