ISSYK-KUL: SEARCH UNDERWAY FOR TWO CITIZENS MISSING ON THE WATER IN DZETI-OGUZ AND TYUPSKY DISTRICTS
A search is underway in the Jeti-Oguz district for a 73-year-old woman who went missing.
According to preliminary information, on August 1, 2024, at approximately 8 a.m., shoes of a resident of the village of Kyzyl-Suu, S.G., born in 1951, who is considered missing, were found on the bank of the Chon Kyzyl-Suu River.
15 rescuers from the Jeti-Oguz District Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations with 1 drone, as well as 14 employees of the Jeti-Oguz District Department of Internal Affairs and 15 local residents went out to search for the missing person. Search operations are currently underway.
Also on July 29, 2024, the 102 service received information about the disappearance of citizen M.S.S., born in 1978, a resident of the village of Yntymak, Tyup district.
It is reported that on July 29, at approximately 3:00 p.m., he was relaxing on the shore of the lake and disappeared after swimming.
Five rescuers from the Karakol City Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as three rescue divers and six employees of the Tyup District Department of Internal Affairs, were dispatched to the scene.
