ISSYK-KUL: A FLOOR FLOWS IN THE VILLAGE OF AK-SAY, TON DISTRICT

Today, at approximately 19:30, information was received that as a result of heavy rains, residential buildings on Zhuma Zhamgyrchiev Street in the village of Ak-Sai in the Ton district were flooded.

An operational group from the Tonsk District Emergency Situations Department and the Civil Defense Commission were dispatched to the scene.

In the village of Ak-Sai, flood waters penetrated into the courtyards of 30 residential buildings. 7 residents and 1 six-year-old child from two residential buildings were evacuated (temporary relocation of the population to a safe place).

Currently, 20 employees of the fire and rescue unit No. 38 of the Tonsky district of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have been additionally involved. Work is underway to pump out flooded houses using motor pumps.
