MINISTER BOOBEK AZHIKEYEV PRESENTED CERTIFICATES TO THE EMPLOYEES STUDYING TURKISH LANGUAGE
Today at the Central Office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held an event on Turkish culture, during which military and civil servants studying Turkish language received certificates of completion of the course (level A1 of the elementary part of Turkish language).
Major General BoobekAzhikeev, Minister of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, KurshatDulkadira, Education Counselor of the Turkish Embassy in Bishkek, teacher Ali Turkel, supervisor Mustafa Bulut, assistant Yunus Karadag and employees of the Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek city and Chui oblast took part in the certificate awarding ceremony
During his speech, MES head BoobekAzhikeyev thanked representatives of the Turkish Embassy and representatives of the Turkish center for close cooperation and noted that the agency is always ready to support projects of the Turkish side.
"Currently, we are trying to raise the level of education of our personnel, starting with ordinary soldiers. As an independent country, our ministry's personnel are free to receive education, learn languages and improve their skills. I would like to thank you for your hard work and teaching Turkish to our MES personnel. The activities carried out within the framework of bilateral cooperation will contribute to further strengthening the friendship of the two peoples," the minister said.
According to him, the history of the Turkish people and the Kyrgyz people have common roots, and our languages and dialects coincide. Therefore, mastering the Turkish language will allow us to discover a large amount of useful and relevant information, and will give us a broad opportunity to get acquainted with Turkey, learn about its history, nature and their rich culture.
Meanwhile, the Education Counselor of the Turkish Embassy in Bishkek, Kurşat Dulkadira, expressed gratitude on behalf of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to the Kyrgyz Republic Ahmet Sadık-Dogan and on his own behalf for Turkey's support and assistance during the crisis period. According to him, Turkish language training will strengthen the friendship between the two nations. He also noted the importance of the courses as an educational platform for learning Turkish language, thanked the Minister of Emergency Situations for active cooperation.
At the end of the event, certificates were presented to the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
