TALASA RESIDENTS RAISED CURRENT PROBLEMS OF THEIR TERRITORIES

The day before, on August 1, as part of a working visit to the Talas region, Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Colonel Urmatbek Shamyrkanov, together with the heads of a number of ministries, headed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev, visited a number of social facilities in the city of Talas, as well as the Aitmatov and Manas districts.

A meeting with local residents of the districts was held. Current problems, proposals and requests of residents of the Talas region were heard.

Most of the questions concerned infrastructure, road repair, use of pasture lands, drinking water issues, construction and repair of canals, and irrigation networks.

The main purpose of the meeting is public discussion and search for unresolved problems.
