CADETS HEADED TO RUSSIA AND KAZAKHSTAN FOR FURTHER EDUCATION TAKE THE OATH

Today, August 15, a swearing-in ceremony was held at the State Centre for Rescue Training of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic for cadets being sent to state academies in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan to pursue studies in civil defence and fire safety.


In accordance with agreements concluded between the ministries of emergency situations of these countries and the Kyrgyz Republic, 17 cadets are being sent abroad this year under a special quota.


Specifically, the cadets will study at the Academy of the State Fire Service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the field of Technosphere Safety, at the Civil Defence Academy in the field of Emergency Protection, at Saint Petersburg University in the field of Fire Safety, and at the Malik Gabdullin Academy of Civil Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


Upon graduation from these educational institutions, the cadets will return to the Kyrgyz Republic with the military rank of lieutenant.
