BY PRESIDENTIAL DECREE, DEPUTY MINISTER OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS URMATBEK SHAMYRKANOV HAS BEEN AWARDED THE TITLE OF MAJOR GENERAL

Today, August 31, President Sadyr Japarov presented state awards "for outstanding services to the country and the people" in honor of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region and in connection with the Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Head of State Sadyr Japarov also awarded the rank of Major General to Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Urmatbek Shamyrkanov.
