A CADET SENT TO STUDY IN RUSSIA HAS ACHIEVED GREAT SUCCESS IN SPORTS

 

A cadet from Kyrgyzstan, who is studying in Russia, won the final fight in the open boxing championship of FSSO PROFSOYUZUZ "Russia". He took first place. 

Pavel Gaivoronsky, 18, is a cadet of the 1st course of the engineering and technical faculty of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Fighting Service of the State Fire Fighting Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

It should be noted that from November 17 to 19 in St. Petersburg was held the open championship of FSO PROFSOYUZUZ "Russia" in boxing.

The competitions were held in order to: form a healthy lifestyle, positive life attitudes among boxers; improve the quality of training work, strengthening sports traditions in boxing sections, including in higher educational institutions of St. Petersburg; as well as the development of working sports, student boxing and popularization of boxing.

According to the results of the competition, a cadet from Kyrgyzstan, who studies at a Russian university, won a confident victory in the final fight.

In August this year, in order to improve the state policy in the sphere of protection of orphans and children left without parental care, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic sent two graduates of the Chui boarding school for orphans for 5-year study at the St. Petersburg University of State Fire Fighting Service of the State Fire Fighting Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. 

In the future, after successful completion of higher education, they will be employed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic. 

Training of rescuers is carried out in accordance with a bilateral agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (EMERCOM of Russia).

In general, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic for the 2023-2024 academic year according to the results of nationwide testing selected 16 cadets to higher educational institutions of Russia.

Of these, 9 cadets are studying at the Academy of Civil Defense of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia (Moscow), 2 - at the Academy of State Fire Fighting Service (ASFS) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and 5 cadets at the St. Petersburg University of State Fire Fighting Service of the State Fire Fighting Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
