EMPLOYEE OF THE MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC TOOK THE FIRST PLACE AT THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN POWERLIFTING

From November 16-19, 2023, Bishkek hosted the World Champions Cup in power lifting, which was attended by Major Tilek Arapbaev, an employee of the Emergency Situations Department of the Kara-Suu District of the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic in Osh region.

He took the first place in the competitions in the category up to 67.5 kg, where he showed the sum in three exercises, fulfilling the standard of candidate master of sports! 

Let's note that power lifting is a power sport, the essence of which is to overcome the resistance of the maximum heavy weight for the athlete. As competitive disciplines it includes three exercises: squats with a barbell on the back, barbell bench press and barbell pull - which in total determine the qualification of the athlete.
