Such unstable weather will complicate the work of motor transport, communications companies, energy and public utilities, grazing and keeping livestock in pastures.

In this regard, before traveling, we strongly recommend that drivers and passengers:

- change summer tires to winter ones. At the Sosnovka and Aral checkpoints, cars with summer tires will not be allowed through!;

- if a snowstorm is observed on the mountain pass sections of the roads, temporary restrictions will be introduced at the posts 4 hours before the weather worsens;

- have medicines, food, water, a shovel and snow chains with you;

- maintain a distance of at least 500 meters between vehicles;

- do not travel to mountain pass areas unless necessary.
