NARYN: A COMPREHENSIVE EVENT WAS HELD IN AT-BASHY FOR THE DISASTER RISK REDUCTION DAY

The day before, on September 23, in the Naryn region, on the occasion of the International Day for Disaster Reduction, which is celebrated in Kyrgyzstan annually on October 5, employees of the emergency department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the At-Bashy district organized comprehensive events to increase knowledge and awareness of the population about the threats of emergencies and methods of self-preservation in emergency situations.

On this day, the fire department held an “Open Doors” day for students of school educational institutions.

During this event, the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees held an open lesson in schools.

They told the children how to behave during an earthquake, what to do during evacuation and fire fighting, and also taught them first aid rules.
