RESCUERS TOOK PART IN THE EXERCISE "INDESTRUCTIBLE BROTHERHOOD - 2023"
An exercise of the CSTO "Unbreakable Brotherhood-2023" has been completed in Kyrgyzstan. It was participated by military servicemen of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It should be noted that from 7 to 13 October of the current year, servicemen of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic took part in the CSTO combat exercise, which took place at the Balykchi training ground in Issyk-Kul oblast.
Fire and rescue vehicles, a mobile hospital, radiological and chemical protection equipment, and a diving team from the rescue squad were involved in the exercise, which was conducted jointly with peacekeeping forces.
Rescuers also set up tents for those injured during the exercise. They worked on evacuating citizens from the combat zone where the special operation took place, neutralising chemical, and radiation waste, housing the wounded and providing medical assistance.
At the end, for active participation in the CSTO exercises, Bolot Sharshenaliev, Deputy Head of the Civil Protection and Emergency Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Zh. Adylov, Chief of the guard of Fire Rescue Unit N19 of Balykchy, were awarded with the medal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs "Kyrgyz Militsiyasyna 95 zhyl".
Also, the driver-technician of the Fire and Rescue Unit N19th of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic in the city of Balykchy A. Asangulov and the medical officer of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic A. Begaliev were awarded with certificates of honour.
