FRANCE TRAINED KYRGYZ PILOTS
On the initiative of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, Major General Boobek Azhikeev, from 3 to 6 October, training flights of our pilots and mountain rescuers were conducted by specialists of the Rescue Service of the French Republic.
The pilots were trained by the chief pilot-instructor on mountain rescue of the helicopter group on civil security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the French Republic Renaud Guierme, and mountain rescuers were trained by the instructor-rescuer of the Centre for mountain rescue of the fire safety and rescue service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the French Republic Antoine Taglier.
The pilots were trained to land at high altitudes and landed in the mountains at an altitude of 5000 metres. Upon completion, they received the appropriate certificates.
It should be noted that the rescuers were trained in rescue in difficult mountain conditions with the use of aviation and received the appropriate certificates.
The ceremony of awarding certificates was held at Baytik aerodrome, the air base of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of the French Republic Francois Delaus, the representative of the Commissioner General of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of the Interior of the French Republic Olivier di Er, as well as the General Director of Eurocopter Kazakhstan Engineering, Cecile Arnaud, and the representative of the Airbus Helicopter Engineering Group in Central Asia, Romain Lana.
