DELEGATES RAISED ACUTE PROBLEMS OF VILLAGES AT THE KURULTAI 

On December 16 the second People's Kurultai ended in the capital. Before the beginning of the work, President Sadyr Zhaparov reported on the socio-economic development of the republic. Further, the delegates of the Kurultai raised various issues related to socio-economic and cultural problems, education, agriculture, as well as ecology and not only....

Delegates were also able to meet directly with representatives of ministries, ask them questions and immediately receive an answer.

Meanwhile, more than 50 delegates from regions throughout Kyrgyzstan were also able to ask questions to the Minister of Emergency Situations, Major General Boobek Azhikeev, and Deputy Ministers Edelbek Kulmatov and Akylbek Mazaripov, as well as tell them about the problems of their regions, while trying to jointly find ways to solve them. 

Mainly, the appeals concerned the issues of construction in engineering protection facilities, strengthening of river banks and construction of dams in remote areas of the republic. 

In addition, the delegates noted the need to build fire station buildings in remote regions of the country, as well as, in order to prevent accidents on the water and to ensure safe recreation on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul, the delegates proposed to take under personal control private houses - recreation, boarding houses Issyk-Kul.
